Scope And Effective Date
This notice describes LocalServ.Pro at localserv.pro, effective October 17, 2026. It covers the guides, directory, browser-based planning tools, saved list, correspondence forms and home-project inquiry forms.
Information Entered Into Tools
The provider finder uses your selected service, state and town in this browser to create outbound search links. When you choose an external search, that search provider receives the search terms and handles the visit under its own policies. Do not enter a street address, name, telephone number or email into the town field.
Project-planner, quote-check, budget and comparison entries stay in the current page. The application does not transmit these answers to a server or provider or save them in local storage. A download or print action creates a copy on your chosen device or print destination. Your browser may retain page state according to its settings.
Saved Lists And Device Storage
Choosing Save on a guide or provider profile stores its page path, title and type in this browser’s local storage. This storage supports your requested saved-list feature and is not used for tracking. Project answers, names, emails and contact messages are not stored in the saved list.
You can remove individual items or clear the list on the Saved page. Clearing browser site data also removes it. It is not synchronized between devices and is visible to other people using the same browser profile.
Contact And Directory Suggestions
When you submit a contact or business-suggestion form, Netlify Forms processes your message, any URL, optional reply email, consent acknowledgement and a generated submission identifier. The website administrator can access those records in the site inbox. Netlify may attach an IP address, browser information and referring page to the submission record, and uses technical request information for hosting, security and spam filtering.
Use these forms for website correspondence or directory research, not sensitive information or urgent service needs. Messages are not forwarded to contractors, entered into a marketing list or used to book work. A reply is not guaranteed. No automated email or SMS follow-up is configured.
Messages remain in the Netlify inbox until an administrator deletes them; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. To request correction or deletion of a message, use the Contact & Corrections form with enough context to identify it. Do not resend sensitive details.
Home-Project Inquiries And Contact Choices
The service request pages collect your selected service and project type, city, state, optional ZIP code, timing, property type, optional project details, name, chosen reply method and the email address or phone number you provide. They also submit the landing-page path, consent wording version, acknowledgement and a generated request identifier. Enter only information needed to explain the project; do not provide a street address, account credentials, financial information or sensitive personal details.
The form sends these details through Netlify Forms to the private LocalServ.Pro site inbox. Site administrators can access the record, together with technical metadata Netlify may attach, including IP address, browser and referrer. You request contact from LocalServ.Pro about this project using the selected method. No automatic contractor forwarding, marketing enrollment, automated calls, prerecorded calls or text-message follow-up is configured. A submitted inquiry does not guarantee a reply, quote, match or appointment.
Form entries are not saved in application local storage. They remain in the open page until submission, navigation or closure, subject to your browser’s own behavior. Submitted records stay in the private Netlify inbox until an administrator deletes them; no automatic retention schedule is configured. Use Contact & Corrections to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of a pending contact request. Include the request reference where available and avoid resending private details.
Hosting And External Services
Netlify delivers this website and may process technical request information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and requested paths for hosting and security. Netlify controls its infrastructure logging and retention under its own terms and privacy practices.
Links to government sites, Google Maps, Bing and other organizations take you to separate websites. Their operators control the information collected after you follow those links.
Cookies, Tracking And Choices
The current application does not set analytics or advertising cookies, install marketing pixels, use session-replay tools or embed third-party maps. No optional tracking consent banner is shown because those technologies are not installed.
You can browse without entering information. Clear or close a tool to remove its current entries; use the Saved page to remove saved items. Manage downloads and browser history on your device. No advertising or analytics tracking is installed.
