Home watch is most useful when its duties are specific. Tell the provider how long the property will be unattended, which systems remain active, and who can authorize repairs. A scheduled visual visit, a security service, property management, and technical system maintenance are different arrangements.

Does storm response require an additional booking?
Can the provider coordinate a plumber without performing plumbing work?

[ ] Exclusions, allowances and change approval
[ ] Relevant credentials, insurance and who performs the work
[ ] Permit responsibility, schedule, payment milestones and cleanup
